Jun Chong Martial Arts is one of the longest standing martial arts academies in California. We are famous for our strong tradition and professional reputation since 1973. Our system is built on a consistent curriculum integrating Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido, and has been successfully taught through the years to children and adults. A. That learning Tae Kwon Do doesn't require any special "ability" or "talent." People of all ages and from all walks of life can benefit from TKD. If I had known this, I would have begun my TKD training years earlier.

A. Losing my temper.

A. Asian (except sushi)

A. I feel more self confident. I also feel more relaxed and seem to have more energy. It's better than any other form of exercise!!!

A. Getting so nervous that I "forgot" the form I was doing.

A. Reading, companion birds, house plants.

A. I saw a play based on Bruce Lee at the "East West Players" in Downtown, LA.

A. Stretching? Seriously, I am still trying to improve in ALL areas of TKD, so I don't think I am better at anything compared to the others yet.

A. I certainly would like to be a black belt, but the most important thing is not the belt, but to be constantly training and improving.
