A. Tae Kwon Do has improved my self-confidence.

A. I’ve managed to pass some unnecessary gas while stretching.

A. I wanted to improve my fitness and flexibility.

How to escape from an arm grab. I was grabbed by a bully (an older kid) when I was in preschool.

A.
I am more confident and disciplined.

Q. What is the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in Tae Kwon Do?

Somtimes, in Tae Kwon Do class, when funny things happen, I hold myself back from laughing. I don't think it's appropriate to laugh in class.

Legos, Chess, Piano, and video games.

Q. What made you want to join Tae Kwon Do?

A.
I was punched by a bully when I was in preschool, and I wanted to be able to protect myself and make sure that it didn't happen again.
