Q. How has Tae Kwon Do changed you?
A. My experience at Jun Chong TKD has been a humbling one. Having held a high belt rank at a previous school, I was challenged to start all over as a white belt and accept the curriculum even though portions counter what I’ve previously learned. It has shown me that everyone is a lifelong student and that it is important to keep an open mind and heart in order to allow new lessons and experiences into your life. I am happy to be here.
Q. What is the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in Tae Kwon Do?
A. I slipped on another student’s sweat while attempting a jumping roundhouse. It was not pretty.
Q. What are your hobbies?
A. Reading (non-fiction), video gaming, movie production, physical fitness
Q. What made you want to join Tae Kwon Do?
A. I specifically joined Jun Chong TKD because Hapkido is taught along with traditional Tae Kwon Do.
Q. What are you best at in Tae Kwon Do?
A. Hand grabs, techniques, locks and rolls
Q. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A. A well rounded Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido teaching the next generation of Black Belts to come.
